Direct Primary Care
How Direct Primary Care works.
Direct Primary Care, often called DPC, is a membership arrangement between you and PrimeMD. You pay the practice monthly for a defined set of primary-care services instead of billing those membership services to insurance.
Use included primary care
Your membership agreement clearly defines the visits, access, and services included.
Keep insurance for outside care
Use health insurance for specialists, hospital care, imaging, prescriptions, and other services outside the membership.
Simple membership pricing
Unlimited in-person and virtual visits.
Under age 50$175/month
$1,890 when paid annually—a 10% discount.
Age 50 and over$225/month
$2,430 when paid annually—a 10% discount.
Membership requires a six-month minimum commitment. Annual membership is paid upfront. If an annual membership is cancelled before six months, the annual discount is removed when any eligible refund is calculated. Full membership terms are provided before enrollment.
